Wednesday 22 September, 12.00noon, Loxwood Jetty to the rear of Onslow Arms Wey and Arun Canal Trip Brian Parkinson has organised a weekday trip on the brand new electrically driven narrow boat Wiggonholt on the Wey and Arun Canal.  The boat provides covered accommodation, and is suitable for wheelchairs. The trip will be 2½ hours long commencing at 12.00noon.  You will need to a bring picnic lunch, but a glass of wine will be provided while you enjoy the serene surroundings of the canal for 2½ miles that include two locks. The cost will be about £13 dependent on the number interested.  The boat has room for 42 of us, but we need a minimum of 30 people to make the trip viable.  You will have to make your own way to the departure point at Loxwood.
